Ambler Borough Revisits Residential Resale Inspection Requirements

You may recall that Ambler Borough proposed a residential resale inspection requirement back in 2021 (you can read more about that here). After some discussion, the proposal was tabled, until very recently. I will be publishing some questions and comments regarding the Ordinance (that was just finalized in time for tonight’s meeting), however, as time is of the essence, I wanted to spread the word to Ambler residents that this is on the agenda for tonight. The proposed Ordinance can be viewed below and on the Borough’s website. If this issue is important to you, I urge you to attend the meeting this evening, Tuesday, June, 6th, 7pm, at Borough Hall (131 Rosemary Avenue).
